I always wanted to help people feel their best.
I noticed so many of my clients had spent years not being able to resolve their health challenges on their own.
They had done diet after diet, seen doctor after doctor and not achieved the improvements in health they wanted.
So I started to look deeper with my clients and seeking out the root causes of their health concerns.
My training in functional medicine emphasizes treating the root cause of many physical and emotional health concerns. Addressing behavioral aspects that trigger food choices and eating habits has always been a game changer.
By looking for the root causes, I noticed my clients were seeing changes that made a massive difference in their life, and they finally felt better.

I have many years of experience helping people with a range of conditions including diabetes, kidney diseases, thyroid health, eating disorders, weight concerns, autoimmune disorders and gut health.
When we work together, I address behavioral aspects such as emotional eating or restriction that contribute to obesity, eating disorders and more. I incorporate this with my clients while collaborating with their therapist and medical team.
