Holistic principles are emphasized during our work together and supporting effective communication is
just one example. Therefore, company policies are communicated below.


Cancellation Policy

Since regular visits help improve success and accountability, frequent cancellations are discouraged.

However, if the need to cancel an appointment, cancellations require notification 48 BUSINESS HOURS prior to scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee is equal to a non- discounted appointment that was missed. For example, if an initial 1- hour appointment is cancelled after 48 hours, a $200 fee is charged. If a 30- minute appointment is cancelled late, $75 is charged. Notification of 48 Business hours is based on the exact time of your scheduled appointment. So, if you have an appointment on a Tuesday at 2pm, you will need to cancel your appointment any time before 2pm on the Friday prior to your appointment. In addition, cancellations fees do not come out of already purchased packages.


Payment and Returned Checks

Payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo (@Anita-Dock) or Zelle (513-417-4769). Payment is due at the time of service. If a circumstance occurs where payment is not made at the time of service, payment must be received within 5 business days from scheduled appointment.

If a check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be responsible for paying any fees associated with a returned check.

Nutrition Packages

Nutrition Packages need to be completed within 4 months from the date of purchase.
